Return Eligibility

We offer a 60-day return window on all unused, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be in new, resellable condition to qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, visit our Contact page and submit a request with your order number and details about your return. Our team will respond with return instructions and next steps.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account, which is outside of our control.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us through the Contact page within a reasonable time of delivery. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
